Ben Chodor is the CEO of CallRevu and a seasoned entrepreneur known for his success in growing SaaS companies. He founded Stream57, which was acquired by West Corp, and co-founded & CEO of Happtique, acquired by SocialWellth. Ben also served as President of Notified a global IR, PR, and media Company.

Recognized as one of PR Week's 25 Leaders of Tech in 2022, Ben is a member of multiple boards, He's a pioneer in technology, AI, digital health, and online communications, with 25+ years of experience in enterprise communications, media, SaaS technology, social video, and digital health.

As an author, Ben wrote "Transitioning to Virtual and Hybrid Events: How to Create, Adapt, and Market an Engaging Online Experience." He's testified before the U.S. Congress on the FDA's role in Digital Health. Outside work, Ben enjoys family time, boxing, yoga, traveling, and training for his first triathlon.

Jack Behar

Jack’s more than 30 years of high-growth technology and telecommunications industry experience and many executive positions led him to co-found InteractiveTel, now TotalCX, in 2008. A specialist in forensic telecommunications, software and document management, Jack has direct experience with Fortune 100, automotive, energy, insurance, software, global emerging markets (GEM) and venture capital firms. His natural leadership and love of sports and coaching led him to volunteer for the Miracle League, which helps children with disabilities develop a love of sports. He also enjoys spending time on the water with his family.

Gary Graves

Gary co-founded InteractiveTel, now TotalCX, in 2008 and presently serves as CEO. Previously, he served as the company’s first Chief Technology Officer. He developed the communications platform on which the company’s proprietary products are based and has been instrumental in the company’s dynamic growth trajectory. An innovator to the core, Gary continues to educate himself on the current state of technology in computer science and engineering. He enjoys unplugging as often as he can by taking road and camping trips across the United States with his family.

Keri Cohen

Keri Cohen is a strategic business leader with over 15 years of expertise in the media industry, specializing in marketing and business transformation. She has worked on both the sell and buy side in key roles in content & brand marketing, digital transformation and business operations and management, providing a holistic lens for her broad experience across diverse sectors driving creativity and innovation.

Prior to CallRevu, Keri held central roles at Publicis Groupe, Digital Standards; Hearst Magazines and Food & Wine, where she was a James Beard Award nominee.

Keri enjoys spending time with her family, running, and rooting for the New York Knicks to win another championship.

Steve Dalton

Steve is a CPA with 15 years of experience in accounting, finance, and management, specializing in private-equity backed Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) companies. He most recently worked as the Chief Financial Officer at JobNimbus. Steve likes to have fun at work (trust him, it's possible even in finance!). His greatest career satisfaction comes from helping his team members and seeing them flourish in their careers. Steve loves cheering on the Utah Jazz and Utah Utes, drawing, and spending time with his wife and two amazing girls.

Jeff DePascale

Jeff is a technology leader with over a decade of experience advising and delivering solutions for Fortune 500 and private equity clients via SaaS platforms, with expertise implementing HIPAA, PCI, and COPPA compliant solutions. Jeff has cross-industry expertise in delivering solutions for healthcare, life sciences, automotive, retail, and insurance, leveraging progressive technology including omnichannel communication, augmented reality, and machine learning/AI & large language models.

A committed leader and manager of multi-disciplined technology teams, Jeff is skilled in fostering rapid growth, professional development, leadership opportunities, and accountability of teams, and adept at establishing a culture of trust, open communication, and support. In his home life, Jeff is a father of 4, an avid musician, photographer, and writer.

Jim Menard

Jim Menard is an experienced software executive serving as our senior vice president of sales and client services by strengthening dealer relationships across CallRevu communication intelligence software platforms.

With over 27 years in the automotive industry, Menard has held key executive leadership roles with Autotrader, vAuto, TrueCar, Dominion Dealer Solutions, TrueCar, and Search Optics.

Jim’s dealer-centric focus and breadth of experience across software, online media, and in-store processes enhances CallRevu’s ability to engage our dealer body to improve their appointment set rates, movement of inventory, and overall profits for single stores, multiple rooftops, large enterprise groups, and OEMs.

Sean Barrett

Sean brings 40+ years of experience with IT and Telecommunications in highly competitive market spaces; with his current multi-disciplinary role focusing on reducing friction in the service delivery model and sales process. Previoiusly, Sean has been an entrepreneur in the technology, automotive, aviation and heathcare industries. He has built several companies and brought them to successful exits in the public and private markets. Sean is a US Navy Veteran, a graduate of the FBI Citizens Academy and has been recognized for his contributions to technology innovation in the State of Florida. He enjoys traveling with his wife and experiencing different cultures, cuisine and history.
David Malone
SVP, Sales

David Malone

As SVP, Sales, David brings more than 30 years of experience in the automotive industry. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer, where he was responsible for day-to-day administrative and operational functions and how to integrate best practices for revenue generation and develop a strong company culture. In his current role, his expertise in software as a service (SaaS) sales, call tracking, telephony and CRM processes help maximize sales and service goals at automotive dealerships in the United States and Canada. A multiple-award winner for revenue growth, David deftly manages dynamic global sales teams – stemming from his years coaching many sports. When not at work or on the field, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their three boys. He has a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.

Matt Stadolnik

Matt Stadolnik is the Senior Director of Finance at CallRevu where he manages the company’s corporate finance and accounting functions. He is a finance leader that stresses the importance of cross functional collaboration and business partnering.

Matt brings a well-rounded background in public and private equity-backed technology organizations – both large and small. Prior to joining CallRevu, he held strategic finance and accounting roles at notable SaaS companies that include Pegasystems (public), Rapid7 (public), SiteSpect (VC-backed).

Matt holds an MBA from Suffolk University and an undergraduate degree in accounting from Northeastern University. He resides in the Greater Boston area with his wife and two children.

John Hammer

John Hammar, CallRevu's Controller brings 25+ years of public and private accounting experience to the Finance Team. A graduate of Bentley University, John has worked with a wide range of companies from start-ups to those that are publicly traded and well established. John is a team player who enjoys operating within the Accounting team and also reaching out and collaborating with all of the business teams at CallRevu.

Accountability and accuracy is paramount, but enjoying your workplace and interacting with coworkers are equally important. John resides in the Greater Boston area with his wife and two children. Outside of work, John enjoys coaching his kid's soccer team, being with family and socializing with friends.

Jonathan has held numerous positions in automotive software which includes previous roles as Director of Partner Accounts and Lead Product Manager. Jonathan has held continuously advanced positions in support and account management at Car-Research XRM. With this extensive experience, Jonathan brings in-depth knowledge of automotive technology needs, dealership operations as well as dealership client management. When not at work, Jonathan enjoys fishing with his wife and kids and pastors one of the fastest growing churches in North Houston.

With a robust background in operations management, Brian brings a wealth of expertise to his role as AVP, Customer Experience. His extensive experience spans leading implementation, support, and Local Number Portability (LNP) departments, ensuring excellence across key operational facets. Brian's deep understanding of both product and solution intricacies enhances his strategic approach, enabling him to champion best-practice methodologies across the organization.

Brian is committed to enhancing customer experience by continuously refining support processes. He works closely with cross-functional teams to pinpoint and resolve customer-related challenges, thereby elevating service quality and efficiency. In his leadership capacity, Brian plays a pivotal role in shaping departmental strategies and aligning them with overarching company objectives, driving cohesive and targeted operational efforts.
Outside of the office, Brian resides in Tennessee and is a passionate fitness enthusiast.

With a robust career spanning 35 years in the automotive industry, Kelley has cultivated extensive knowledge and expertise in both the retail and vendor sector. As a result oriented leader, Kelley has demonstrated a strong ability to drive performance and deliver results through strengthening dealer relationships through partnerships and results.

Steve August

With over 25 years of experience leading successful sales teams in the communications and tech media landscapes, Steve is a seasoned navigator, with a keen ability in developing effective growth strategies.

Previously, spearheading the launch of Hotwire Communications, Steve was instrumental in transforming it from a startup into a leader within the fiber communications industry leader. Under his leadership, the company brought in over $40 million in profitable business – a 12-year testament to his strategic acumen and relentless drive.

Outside of work you'll find Steve enjoying time in the gym as well as lacing up his hiking boots with his wife for an exploratory trek or taking in some sun with trips to the beach.

Seth Parker

Seth Parker is the Senior Director of Product at CallRevu where he oversees product strategy and delivery. He is passionate about leveraging his deep understanding of customer needs and the latest technological advancements in AI and machine learning to deliver innovative and beautifully crafted products. Seth brings over a decade of extensive product management experience with prior engagements at industry leaders like Cox Automotive and the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. He holds undergraduate degrees in economics and political science from Missouri Western State University. Outside work, Seth enjoys spending time with his family, woodworking, DIY home improvement projects, and watching the Kansas City Chiefs. He resides in the Greater Kansas City area with his wife and two children.

Andrew D'Addio

Andrew is the Senior Director of Technology at CallRevu with over a decade of experience consulting & collaborating with Fortune 500 companies to optimize their technology implementations and strategies. With previous experience helping to build bespoke technology solutions across multiple verticals, Andrew has vast experience in omnichannel communication solutions, analytics & BI reporting, process automation, solution architecture/design, machine learning/AI & large language models. Andrew has his Bachelor of Science degree in economics and lives somewhere between NYC and Boston (aka Connecticut) with his wife, 6 year old daughter, and dog.

During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in steering the development of the Omnichannel Customer Engagement solution, focusing extensively on Reporting and Analytics. A proud alumnus of Bradley University, Ammar earned his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science before further advancing his education with an MBA from Plymouth State University.
